What is a Nesting Item?

All Flyon Luggage are NESTING. This means that the Small fits inside the medium and the medium fits inside the large.

One nesting item is when all items fit into a larger item, making storage and shipment or cost effective.

Example: You order 1 set, this is one nesting item.

It may get confusing, please send us a messsage if you have any clarifications.

What is the capacity of each piece?

SMALL: 10kg

MEDIUM: 25kg

LARGE: 35kg

What is the weight of each piece?

SMALL: 3.5kg

Does the luggage come with warranty?

Yes, 6 months warranty. Please view the details here.

What is your exchange policy?

All items are hand checked before dispatch.

In any case of manufacturers defects, you may exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. All packaging shall be in tact, including plastic covers on handles.

In all other cases, all sales are final.

How do I set the code?

FLYON 1.0 - behind the lock, you will find a red toggle. Flip that, set your code and flip it back.
