All items are hand checked before dispatch.
In any case of manufacturers defects, you may exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. All packaging shall be in tact, including plastic covers on handles.
In all other cases, all sales are final.

How to claim your Warranty?
We may assist you in repairing your item for up to 6 months after purchase. Upon validation and checking, we will quote your repair and you will receive the delivery address where to send the items for repair. Repairs would take 14-28 working days.
Please note that due to the volume of emails, our standard turn around time is 24 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.
